Do I need to be doing full arch cases already to work with Orarch?
No. Some of our most valuable consulting engagements are with practices that have never done a full arch case but are seriously considering it. The readiness assessment is specifically designed for this situation — it tells you honestly what you need, what it will cost, and how long it will realistically take to get there.
Can I attend the Foundations evening virtually if I'm not nearby?
Yes — the Full Arch Foundations evening is available both in-person and as a live virtual stream with full Q&A participation. Virtual attendees receive the same content, the same CE credit, and the same $495 credit toward the Mastery Intensive.
Can I visit the facility to see the equipment before purchasing?
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. Our facility is a working full arch practice, which means every product we distribute is in active daily use. You can watch a PALM photogrammetry scan, see exocad in use for case design, watch a full arch temporary print, and observe the Zirkonzahn in operation — all in a single visit.
Does Orarch work with dental labs as well as practices?
Yes. Labs are a core part of what we do — both as consulting clients and as training attendees. Our consulting and training programs have dedicated components for lab technicians, and our equipment recommendations cover the full fabrication chain.
I'm a vendor — how do I discuss a distribution or partnership arrangement?
Select "Vendor or distribution partnership" in the inquiry dropdown and tell us about your product. We evaluate all partnership discussions through the same lens — clinical fit, workflow compatibility, and whether the product genuinely improves outcomes for full arch practices.
Does the $495 Foundations credit expire?
Yes — the credit is valid for 90 days from the date of your Foundations event. If circumstances prevent you from registering within 90 days, contact us — we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
